I need lots of PD please!

I leave for Orlando with my family Saturday and I'm very sick. I just got back from the hospital earlier where I was put on IVs for dehydration. They say I have a severe case of the stomach flu with all my diarrhea, vomiting and stomach cramps. I now understand how people can honestly die from this!

Actually what bothers me more than my upcoming trip is the fact that I couldn't wish my 7th graders good-bye after a full year of long term subbing.

I'm suppose to go back to the hospital if my symptoms don't get better.

So that's why I thought I better come here with a request for some of that famous DIS PD

You have tons of prayers and positive thoughts for getting better from me! As some one who has had this a number of times I can tell you, now that you have had rehydration you should bounce back pretty quick. Usually these flu things don't last that long. I think you will feel much much better by Saturday! Have a great time.

Thank you for all your PD. It's working slowly but surely!!

The IVs helped a bit with the fluids.......I just hope I can have yummier fluids sittin' at the pool!!
