I Need Help!!!

AP5 rates are out now for Jan. to March and the two people I have spoke with at reservations basically think I am lying!!! Any ideas what to do? Who do I call to get this darn rate!?

Update: On hold forever........still on hold. Basically what I have been told is that noone knew about the discount and they have confirmed that I am not making it up. I am waiting to hear if they are going to honor the rate or if I have to call back later. I know if I have to call back later I am going to miss out. Getting more frustrated by the minute.

It is the AP website on Disneyland.com.
Just got off the phone. I had to speak to a supervisor and since I already had an existing reservation and they cannot plug in the AP5 code at the present time, she is going to try it when they get the green light that the system will take the code. So, in other words, if you call right now they are going to tell you to call back. That is what I have been told.

Did they say how long? When do you think I should call? Eeek! I'm so excited to take my dd to the DLH for her birthday in February!

She said to call back around 3 p.m. I was the second person to call apparently and was on hold for over 30 minutes while they all ran around trying to figure it out. I told her that I am not going to be happy if I call back at 3 p.m. and they figured it out at 1 p.m. and my dates are gone. So, she said she would plug my dates in when the rate comes up.
That being said I am still freaking out. I will keep you guys updated on what I find out and when. Please do the same so we can all capitalize on this!!!

Thanks for posting this. I have been waiting what seems like forever for these rates to come out. My family was able to get senior rates at DLH which are pretty good BUT if we can get AP5 rates that would be fantastic.

I called to see what the CM I got would say about the rates and she told me they weren't coming out until Monday? I will definitely be trying again later in the day/checking in here to see if anyone has been successful in booking!

Okay, I tried just now and she said to call back in the morning... I am soo not patient and I don't want to miss this, so I will be trying again in a couple of hours... From the sound of the CM's voice it seems that they have been flooded with calls about the new rate... I am hoping to get rooms for my sister's bday...

I am so not patient either. It makes me mad that marketing and reservations are not talking to each other. I warned the supervisor that they are going to get flooded and people will be ticked. I have spoke with 4 different customer service reps and they all do not have a clue about the rate.

As of 1:32 p.m. PST, AP5 rate is not loaded yet.

That is unfortunate. The first day of my vacation is MLK day so I am highly doubting I will get my dates also

Just got the call people........AP5 is in and active!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
$159 per night standard at DLH.

ITS HERE!!!!! We just made 2 1 fr the Grand and the other for DLH!!!!

Grand was 259.00 per night


and DLH was 159.00 per night!!!

I am so excited we have been waiting for months to get this new rate!!!!

Good Luck to all I would call now because I could hear others talking in the back to other customers and many were talking about the AP5 rates so the race is on!!!!!

Try again........I am booked. I just called back to get the pool view rates and concierge rates. They are in!!!! I spoke with Tina the supervisor and Danette in customer service.

OK, I got through, but in the end decided to pass since it is blocked the week we want to go. My husband is a teacher, so we can't miss school to go. I think I'll go with the Entertainment rate at Hojo instead.

WELL I was turned down by the first CM, but the next time I called I got it. DLH at $188/nite++ for DTD/Park View in January. Hoowhee.
