well i got it to work... lol but idc how much u have to pay!! there are millions of people who do things like that and they dont get caught.... i delete them off of limewire after i get the song tho

deleting them off of limewire does nothing.
You'd have to delete the file, but then they would serve no purpose of downloading the song in the begining.

Its a mininum of $750 per file(movie, music, ect) but can reach as high as $150,000 per file. Most of what I have heard about was $10,000 a file though.

People like you are virus makers best friends, you think you are safe from ALL spyware, viruses, ect, then BAM you have a nasty trojan.

Norton is one of the most common and basic anti-viruses you can get.
And it sucks.
If you get a virus that kills Norton, it's near impossible to uninstall Norton, and you have nothing protecting your computer.
It's happened 3 times to me, everytime I've lost everything on my PC except for what we saved to discs.

no duh you can get viruses anywhere on the web, if you are stupid. But limewire is a guaranteed virus unless you have VERY good anti virus software.

what do you mean if you are stupid.. anyone can get viruses.. no matter what they doo my uncle works with computer and said that there are people that can hack past firewalls and anything in 2 minutes...

My dad works with the Anti-Virus people in a major company. Some firewalls are better then others, and hacking isnt a virus.... Viruses are sometimes manually downloaded onto computers, such as installing something like Limewire, getting a popup saying you won something and you then clicking yes. That is what I mean by if you are stupid.

Age doesnt matter, you did something illegal and will be punished like everyother person. There was a 80yr old grandmother whose granddaughter used limewire on her computer and she still got hit with huge fines.

You wont get caught if you download songs. Your age has nothing to do with you getting fined or not. Its not downloading that is illegal, its sharing it with others that is. So download all you want just dont let other download from you.

If I were you I would use soulseek instead of limewire. It doesnt come bundled with spyware. Generally anything that has you download an installer before downloading the actual product is a sign it might come with spyware.
