I need help with Disneyworld com!!!

Can someone please help???!!!

Everytime I go to disneyworld com the page starts to load saying WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT-DETECTING BROWSER PROPERTIES at the top of my browser and then after it is done loading I have a blank white page and my mouse arrow has gone away. Can someone help me with this? Or maybe you can provide me an email to disney so I can ask them about it.

Hi Tiffany,

First of all, what type of internet browser are you using? What version? If it's old, you may need to upgrade. Also, are you on dial-up? It may just be very slow over a dial-up connection.

The first course of action may be to give your PC the old "three fingered salute" - Cntl-Alt-Del - and reboot. If that doesn't help, then start looking at your browser version.

Thanks I have tryed all things that you suggusted and nothing. I do have dial-up. Can someone post the link to the Low Band site for disneyworld com? Maybe that will help.
