I need help with Animal Kingdom touring plan

I am having such trouble planning what order to do attractions in AK. We have a very limited length of time: 9am (rope drop) to 1pm / 2pm tops.

Here's a list of my must dos:

Everest (twice!)
safari
Nemo
Lion King
meet Pocahontas

4 hours seemed like it would be plenty of time, BUT the shows are so long. We don't have FP+ but we do have a DAS we could use for the Safari wait (so just treat it like a FP, I guess I'm saying).

Any help would be so appreciated.

You didn't say what day you will be in AK, but I put in a random day during my September trip to make you a tour plan.... it came up with this:

Immediately to Safari (13 minute wait)
10:00 Festival of the Lion King Show
EE (9 minute wait)
EE (9 minute wait)
12:00 Nemo Show (lets out at 12:35)
catch Pocahontas on the way out. :O)
