That's what i'm screaming! In ONE ROUND??? No way! LOL. Well, I'm giving it up for now, but if I decide to go for it, I will get some buddies from here to play 4 or 3 against one with me, and we can set up a strategy. Did someone say that catching an opponent when they are a ghost does not count for how many ghosts you get? I would think that would be the easiest way to hit 85..since they count as two ghosts

Yeah, unfortunately, they don't count. And because it's the easiest way is probably why it doesn't count. It would be too easy to throw a game that way.
