I need help I did a stupid thing on vacation

We were at the Yacht Club back in August, and I put a credit on the account to start with, well when we checked out I still had a credit of $210.00. They said they would issue a check to me in a few weeks, it's been a month who would I contact about this money. I'm so mad at myself for this but in all of our trips I've always spent at least $500.00 but being on the dinning plan we didn't spend as much as usual. Any help with who to contact would be great.

We also stayed at the YC in Aug. & had some unexplained charges on the credit card. Called the reservation tollfree #, and asked to be transferred to the appropriate dept. Some pleasant CMs will transfer you. Other CMs will give you the #407- 828-5630 to call 'reaearch and billing' at your expense. The person from this dept was customer oriented & easy to deal with! Good Luck.

That's weird. We stayed at BC in August & had quite a few unexplained charges too. 3 of them at $7.00 each for valet service. We had used ME & didn't have a car!
