with verizon it is Parental controls. You can control the times they talk, block numbers etc. I have it on my son's phone for 4.95/month. Go to verizon.com and go to parental controls. I have my son's phone set up so he can only make phone calls or texts to me or 911 during school hours and after 10 pm. You can also block numbers this way.

I got the parent control with her phone it should stop the calls now, thanks for the help
