To try to understand.....
OP lives far enough away from stores and does not have a car, so she orders online merchanise.
Now nothing fits and she wants to return it, however many places have fees.....which I honestly never knew, as I do not shop online.....and she is not wanting to pay fees.
Can you not call customer service of the retailer and explain your problem. They may offer free return, or free shipping label, etc.
It doesn't hurt to try.
How would you be able to return items to other retailers? I've not heard of that.
Also, I think she is looking for stores that she may purchase from in the future so she can be sure returning is not a problem.
