I need a recipe for Tilapia

One of my favorites is Mediterranean style tilapia.
Oven at 350-375.
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Arrange tilapia in single layer in pan. Sprinkle tilapia with crused rosemary, oregano, salt, pepper, basil. Thinly slice one ripe tomato and put on fish. Thinly slice half lemon--put on fish. Squeeze other half over fish. Thinly slice black olives--arrange on fish. Throw some capers on top. And some minced garlic and/or onion, too.
Bake some 30 minutes or so. Serve on top of angel hair pasta.
Enjoy!

I put it in a skillet with butter and brown it on both sides and sprinkle it with seasoning...sometimes lemon butter, sometimes garlic, sometimes Bay Seasoning. I serve it with baked potaotes and a veggie. My guys love it! It is really quick and really easy.

I put it in a roasting pan, sprinkle with garlic powder and cover with a can of Italian peeled tomatoes. Cook at 350 for about 1/2 serve with salad and angel hair, or some pasta salad

One of my fastest, favorite after-work quick meals is talapia. I spray a cast iron skillet w/pam and season both sides of the fish with Cavendars greek seasoning. Dont let the "greek" throw you. It's not greek to me! :rotfl2: Its just good. Takes about 4 mins. on 1st side, flip and cook about 3 on the other side. til it changes color all the way thru. it's one of my familys favorite meals and it takes all of 8 minutes to cook!

You can find Cavendars seasoning near the salt. it has red and yellow on the shaker bottle.
