We call DD "Stitch" because, although she's sweet and we adore her, she is Stitch. She's very aggressive, gets into everything, bites, etc. We think she even looks like him a little bit.

A few weeks ago, I saw a holiday Stitch plush at TDS. He's holding a snowball and wearing a hat, mittens, and a sweater that says, "Naughty." It couldn't be more perfect for DD. Unfortunately, money is very, very tight right now. I was thinking, since DD's first birthday is in January, that I would wait until after Christmas, to see if I could get it for 50% off.

I'm wondering what my chances are of finding it after Christmas. Do these things tend to sell out, or do they usually have leftovers? Since it's not a must-have item for me, I'm willing to risk it.

TIA

Maureen

I would be willing to bet there will still be a few leftovers...I saw the ne you are talking about and IMHO...the holiday style plush are really great, but people tend to go with the standard plush. I think because they aren't 'dated' and usually the same price...
We think she even looks like him a little bit.
This made me LOL.

If you're talking about the little holiday ornament that I saw there yesterday, they were all 40% off.

Your children are beautiful!!!
I saw the Naughty Stitch at my TDS on Friday & there were lots of them left so I think you hae a great shot of getting one at 50% off.

:D Moinab,
I saw the plush Stitch in the new holiday catalog I recieved Friday and he was on sale for $10.00 (regularly priced $19.50). Of course, you then have to figure in shipping so I don't know if it is worth it or not. Maybe they are also on sale at the stores?

Chances are, you will find one the day after Christmas- and at a great price. Two years ago I paid $32 for a plain Eeyore plush. We went shopping on 12/26 and all of the plush was on sale. The $45 Eeyore was now on sale for less than I paid for the Eeyore I gave as a gift the day before. I asked if I could exchange it, since I'd only purchased mine earlier in the week, and the CM said I could so long as the tags were still attached (they were). They held the larger one for 24 hours until we could bring back the smaller one.

The holiday plush is buy one, get one free in our store and Stich is running out the door. If you are in the Memphis market I doubt that we will have on left.
He is a very popular characture.
Im a CM and must have sold at least 10 of him yseterday.

Last night the Naughty Stitch and the other "core" (means colored animal with white snowflake sweater) holiday plush was ringing up at 50% off at our TDS. I'm in the St Louis, MO area.

Good luck finding that little Stitch for your little Stitch!

Thank you all so much for your responses! I'm going to the mall tomorrow, so I will check out the situation here. I had assumed that all TDSs would have the same sales. I didn't realize different regions have different sales. DH has given me the go-ahead to pick him up if he's 40-50% off.

Thanks again!:D

moinab-
If you don't find him for 50% off, PM or email me and I'll get him for you when I work on Monday night. I'd be happy to send him to you-- you're right, your DD does look alot like him!

Good luck, and please let me know if you don't find him!

TarraLee,

Thank you so much for your offer! You are so kind! It really isn't an essential item, though. In fact, it's really more for DH's and my enjoyment, since DD is too young to play with it. (Although I was thinking it would be a nice keepsake when she's older. Somehow, I don't think she's going to outgrow her "naughty" streak. She is definitely her father's daughter. )

Unfortunately, both DS and DD are sick this morning, so I guess we won't be heading to the mall.:( I think I will call TDS to find out how much he's discounted here.

you're right, your DD does look alot like him!

LOL! Doesn't she, though? It's the dark eyes and the gaps in her teeth! (and the manic expression!)

Thank you, again, for all your help!

Maureen

Oh my goodness...she does have that stitch 'sparkle' in her eye!!! Both of the kids are abolutely adorable...but I would watch that little girl of yours...she looks like she's got plenty of spirit! Hope they feel better soon...

If the Disney stores are out, there is ALWAYS ebay. Ebay has NEVER failed me. I am betting you won't have problem though.
