Listen - we always build this up to be much, much worse than it actually ends up being. Just keep a calm head, and teach as brilliantly as Im sure you do - don't try to do anything fancy as your children will pick up on the change and not respond well. The other big advice I want to give is to remember to react to the children in your lesson - my most outstanding teacher last inspection got so flustered about following her plan that she didn't respond to the needs of the children and the lesson fell flat!
Fingers crossed - hopefully it will be at least GOOD and then they'll be off your back for the next 5 years!!!
