I must be lucky--another GREAT CRO CM today!

I just got off the phone with Lehigh at CRO, and he was a peach. Not really chatty, but very nice, very thorough, and explained everything I asked.

You see, I called to change, yet again, :rolleyes: our reservation for February. I had also called to inquire about giving them our flight info, and signing up for DME.

He made all my resort changes, gave me my pricing, and new cofirmation numbers, then tried to sign me up for DME, and the system would not let him. He asked if I wanted to hold, or if I wanted to have HIM call ME. I did not mind holding, so I did. He had to call someone else, but did find out that they are not yet booking DME for 2006 yet. He told me to call back in the Fall.

He was really just great, like I said, not super chatty, but efficient, professional, and courteous.

Just wanted to share, since I know we see our fair share of folks venting about their 'less than perfect' phone calls.....
 
I called to confirm a ressie I have, never recieved a confirmation...

I got a great CM who helped me with all my dining, chatted alot, seemed really interested in my trip, and gave me reasons why they are so sold out in the resorts that week due to 3 seperate conventions going on. He assured me that the parks will be crowded, but crowded as usuall, nothing extra.

I have called so many times and never clicked with a CM as much as this one- of coarse I do not remember his name, but he was GREAT! Spent al;ot of time with me and never gave me the impression I was taking too much time.
 
Glad to hear you had a good experience.

It is always nice when you get a good CM. Just as with any business there are good ones and not so good ones...when I get a not so good one I will do as little as possible and then call back in the hopes of getting a better one later.

I do the same thing too Sue Ellen. No need to on Sunday, and I don't think I waited longer than 3 minutes on hold either.
 
I talked to Lehigh this weekend too. Like you said - very helpful (not overly chatty) but he looked up and compared some things for me and was very helpful in that respect.
 
Count me in as one of Leigh's satisfied customers!!! I called for an AR (when they were still called PS!) last month and the first CM told me I had to wait several days before I could book on the date I wanted. I carefully counted the days, confirmed it was indeed 90, and then called back and got Leigh.

He did chuckle when I told him of my earlier call, told me that it was indeed 90 days out, and was able to get me just what I wanted!!!! :)
 
I actually had a very rude CM this evening and that was a first first for me! To begin with she answered the phone..."hello!" I had to ask if this was the CRO for Disney!! She snapped yes...then when I explained that one of our party was a Florida state resident and was wondering what the discount might be....she sighed VERY heavily and asked what dates we would be there...*we already have ressies*.....at this point I asked for her name as she had negelected to give it and she again asked for my dates..I politely asked her name once more...she HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! I was stunned....I know we are all human....and have bad days...but in all of my years dealing with CM's in all of our trips...this was a surprising first!!

Ah well...I hope she has a better day tomorrow...by the way...I have never complained about anything Disney to Disney but oh my was I ever tempted on this one!!
