I miss my DH

I salute all of you armed forces families who have to go long durations of time missing your DH's or DW's. I happen to be a weanie. My DH is gone for one night and I miss him! I don't think I'm going to be able to sleep tonight. All of this is despite the fact that we lived in separate parts of the country last year.....a whole YEAR. That was really tough but now I am realizing how spoiled I have become since. Sorry, just had to whine to you guys.

Is the macaw yours in the pictures? He's (she?) beautiful. We've been looking for the right match and haven't been able to find one yet.

Aww, you can whine on our shoulders anytime. Hope the time goes quickly for you and things will be bright and real soon. My dh is going away for 2 weeks starting May 21, I am not looking forward to it since its out of the country and the same time my oldest ds18 will be in disney for a week for his senior class trip. I still have 2 other ds at home. I guess they will keep me company. I know when your dh comes back you will be on

I used to miss my DH when he traveled especially when the kids were little. Now (though I do miss him) it gives me and the kids a few days to do our own thing.

Until he gets home write him a nice letter to let him know how much you miss him. Then think of all the fun you can have when he walks through that door.

Sleep well ........ He will be home before you know it.

I kind of enjoy a day/night or two by myself every once in a while but that is after being together over 15 years.

He will be home soon. Hang in there!
