I finally finished my trip report about our December trip (http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1306600) and I'm really starting to miss Disneyland. Reading over my trip report reminds me of all the fun we had and I'm happy that I wrote it so I can have a record of what we did. The other night I saw a Disneyland commercial and I was really wishing that I was there. My AP expires on Saturday and I wish I could go use it but I can't.

So, for those of you who have upcomming trips, enjoy every minute of them and ride Buzz, Splash Mountain, and the Canoes for me!

I'm going in 9 days....so I will ride Splash before It closes for a few months....I have to beat my high score on buzzz ;)

Time to go pack....

When does Splash close??? I am going in mid February and would hate to miss it.

Better yet, I would hate to have my son miss it.

Splash goes down end of January, you will miss it...

So, should the cast members be mean and grumpy so you wont miss Disneyland? ;)

Maybe that would help ;) We were there in October and my son asks me almost everyday if we can go back. I would love to, but we need to wait.... darn it

Plan your next trip! That's always helps me! Our first day in the parks will be a week from today but as much as I'm looking forward to it, I know it will fly by way too quickly!

Stamp,

I'm with you, but we won't be planning a trip to DL anytime soon. Florida is so much closer for us. DL has a different Disney feel to it. It's sooo cool to walk where Walt walked and to ride the rides that started it all.

Pocono

Our last trip was April 2006, and we're not going again till November 2007. So it's been really hard on us - but at least we're less than 12 months now! :goodvibes

I feel the same way! We were at Disneyland this last October, and I'm not sure when we'll make it back. It'll depend on if I can find any really good deals for flights/hotel/tickets. C'MON DEALS!:wizard:

oh, ME TOO! I just visited in December and I don't know when our next trip will be. DH and I have an anniversary (23 yrs!) coming up and since he's not a fan of Disney (yup, and I married him anyway..must be love) we're going to Victoria BC. After that I plan to visit my daughter in NYC...which means I'll have depleted my travel savings for quite awhile...Geez..if only I didn't love them soooo much:love:

Quick trip Quick trip!

I go play at Disneyland only because im going in with someone... im sick of the place already :/

I'm missing it too :( I want to go back for a quick trip but I am going to restrain the urge since I am already going to WDW in May. But I'll admit, I'm always looking for a reason to take a quick trip down to SoCal and fit in DL.

stampinshauna, we were there the same time you were (Dec. 16-20 for us) and I SO miss it already!!! We got there on Saturday when it was pouring rain (and after dealing with a miserable fall in WA I was a little nervous), but it was gorgeous the rest of the time! Don't you just love the Disney commercials!! Don't know when our next trip to DLR will be, but we're going on a Disney cruise and to DW this summer! :cloud9:

I haven't been since 2004 but we have a trip planned in June. But June seems so far away...

June will be here before you know it! Play on the boards and it'll seem like a little bit of Disney Magic everyday.

I miss Disneyland too. We were planning on going in Feb but that has been postponed. I'm so spoiled, we were just there in November and it seems it has been ages ago.

I thought I might be the only one missing disneyland because everywhere I look on the DIS everyone is going to Disneyland, not home and having no idea when they're going back. I'm working on my man for another trip next november but we'll see. I might have to go by myself. I really wish Disneyland was in Canada. Then I could work there and get my fill but I don't really think I could get full of Disneyland. I love it too much. I've entered just about every win a free trip to disneyland contest I could find around town so I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed maybe I'll get to go back for free! Unlikely:sad2:
