I made my first pineapple upside down cake!!!

Oooohhhhhhh, did you save some of the cake mix to sprinkle on top (I mean bottom) with butter and brown sugar before adding the pineapple? That gives it a crisp crunch.....I love that! Now, when can you send it to me?

No, But I did use leftover pineapple juice instead of water in the cake mix, and i used a little extra brown sugar!!!
Don'r worry about me sending you a piece. I'll just eat enough for both of us, and we can call it good!!!
