I made it! 100 days in a row (and counting)

Hi there! I just wanted to take a minute and celebrate...

I've exercised for 100 days in a row!!

I don't know how I managed to do it some mornings, but I've kept up my exercise regiment for 100 days as of this morning. That includes walking/jogging for 40 minutes M-F mornings, Curves workouts M-W-Sat, and a bike ride with DH on Sundays. I even managed to walk or bike every day while on vacation in September.

I truly believe exercise has been a crucial ingredient to my success thus far:
• 35 pounds gone
• 45 inches gone
• 3.60% of body fat gone (over 25 pounds of pure fat gone!)

Another essential ingredient has been WISH - I want to make sure to let you know that I am inspired by EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU. The commitment to a healthy life and efforts to make it happen on this board are so motivating, and keep me focused on making my life as healthy as possible - every day! You are all fabulous people, and deserve every success. Now go out there and make it happen!
