Yea!!!!! It's snowing:woohoo: :woohoo: and that might mean I won't have to work Thursday!!! I drive 35 miles each way to work. Yea, It's far but it pays the bills and I, for the most part like my job minus the drama that comes with working with a bunch of women. I work with high risk kids so if the schools are closed then I can stay in my nice warm bed instead of getting up at 3:30am and get some more zzzzzzzzzzzzzz's then get up and ride the 4 wheeler with my hubby:banana: Already there is an inch and I know to a lot of people that's nothing but here since people can't drive in the snow (not me) and we really never have a REAL winter this is awsome and all the schools shut down. Yea!!!!! I love snow:dance3::cool1: :woohoo:

Me, me! I love snow!. We haven't been getting much the past couple years and this year especially. I love the big fluffy flakes that land on your face in clumps. I love opening the blinds and building a fire and just watching the snow fall. I WANT SNOW.

By the way, I kept typing snot. :confused3

That made me laugh. I work in a therapeutic day school with mostly bd kids and it is the male staff that drives me nuts and create the most drama.

As for the snow I can't stand it. Luckily we haven't had much in central IL yet. But we are expecting more winter like weather next week.

i live in colorado-i generally like snow-but right now yall are welcome to it-we have had plenty-more than 5 feet at our house in three weeks

Snow lover checking in! It's so much fun to play & sled in, so pretty to watch fall, so peaceful to wake up to a pristine, snow covered neighborhood without a footprint in sight.

Of course I don't like driving in it when the road becomes slick, but the positives outweigh the negatives in my book! I'm just sad we haven't gotten any yet, and my 16 month old is missing out on all the fun.:sad1:

I hate the snow but I live in Michigan so I've learned to deal. If the schools closed here when we got an inch of snow, they'd hardly ever be in school. Except this year, of course, we've had a remarkably mild winter. Which I'm quite happy about!

Brief flurries for about five minutes the other night; that's all we have had this winter! We had 70 degrees last Saturday so we're almost glad to have cold weather again since the trees were trying to bud and flowers were getting the wrong idea. Besides, what else are "snow days" in the school calendar for? Can't wait for the first real snowstorm!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea!!:woohoo: :woohoo: no work for me. We got about 6 inches last night. It's soooo pretty outside and I can't wait to ride my husbands 4 wheeler in it. The dogs also love it too but enjoy staying inside where it's warm.

I like it when it's just on the grassy areas and trees. When we get big snowfalls I'm still expected to make it to work and since I have an SUV with 4WD, I have no excuse unless the snow is over my bumper. Then I'm staying home! I do like the challenge of trying to make it in.
