It makes me feel so old! I went on my honeymoon to POR (Dixie Landings in the old days) in May of 1997. That will be 10 years in a couple of months! I wish you all the happiness in the world. Maybe in 10 years you will be reading these boards and feel like me. :sunny: ;)

I wouldn't feel old just yet - how old were you when you got married? I've only been married for 16 days, but my husband (hee! ) and I have been together for 10 years.
What I'm saying is that you may not be as "old" as you think you are! ;)

Amen to that!!

I always feel old on the threads where they ask age and stuff...DH and I were married last year. He is 42 and I am 40. It is the first (and only ;) ) marriage for both of us. And we can only dream about our vow renewals in the future!

Well I got married at 23 so I guess it is a miracle I am making it to 10 years! :rotfl: I have a three year old daughter and a one month old son. I guess the lack of sleep is making me old. :teeth: I wish all of the newlyweds joy and happiness in their marriage. That is a great idea about the vow renewal! Maybe for my 15th anniversary.

Okay, talk about feeling old.... On our Disney honeymoon DTD was called Disney Village. I remember walking past the entrance to what is now Shades of Green and commenting on how cute the snow white and seven dwarfs shrubs were, I think it was called the Disney Inn. And Epcot had opened just weeks before we arrived!

Yes, we are hoping for a VR for our 25th anniv. next year. :)
I AM old! 43 and God willing still counting! and STILL dreaming of a disney "wedding", just a renewal not "wedding".

To all you new brides or brides to be, pixie dust to magical marriages! And thanks for helping me plan a VR!
