I always pick JetBlue first, as long as the price is right. I find, at least out of Buffalo, that if I'm looking at prices for a date within two months, their fares are usually higher than SWA. However, they do usually have better times.
One time I caught one of their $29 sales and took a mid-week getaway to Boston for 48 hours for a whopping $70 round trip! Keep your eyes peeled for these kinds of sales.
Side note: anyone remember those $600 "all you can fly" passes Jet Blue used to offer? They used to do it for the month of September and for $600 you could fly unlimited wherever Jet Blue flew. Some friends of mine purchased it and traveled extensively. Wish they would do this again!
