Personally, I love the GrAAvy phraseBut, it will get you downvotes on reddit. As a matter of fact my next card ought to be showing up in the mail here in the next week! The only problems with this train is that after I spend the miles I feel panicked, like I absolutely must get back to X number of miles just in case I need to make an emergency trip to Europe or the Middle East or something! (Emergency: hotel deal of a lifetime that I don't want to miss
)
I feel the same way. We go through a lot of AA miles so when the balance dips I get panicky. They dipped after booking the Antarctica flights which wound up about 252K per person since there were no saver awards on the return. They are now back to a comfortable level and balance that has some cushion to it.
I honestly have NO idea what the rates are on any of my cards. Since we don't pay interest, I don't pay any attention. Is that bad LOL?
Nope, not bad. Neither do I. They could be 100% and I wouldn't know or care since we don't pay interest.
