I got approved for the Marriott Biz card but still get the "30 day decision in writing" message about my dh's CIP card.
This is nice to hear! I know I will charge more than $300 total for travel on the CSR during the year, I am just not sure when it will be since flights for my Oct and Dec trips are booked and deposits are already placed on all the rooms. I had planned on using accumulated Disney Gift Cards to pay the remaining balance on the rooms, but I could always throw a minimum $300 to play it safe before applying the cards I have.
I wish I had entered the game sooner. I booked over $1,000 in airfare in the past two months. Live and learn!
My dh has to attend a conference (here in Denver) and the fee is 2k. For some reason his work cc would not go through so he got permission to use a personal card! Pretty much done with the Amex BBP MSR

I would transfer to KrisFlyer, and get 4 around the world business class tickets for my family. It's actually what I'm working toward nowJust for fun I spent (wasted) some time fantasizing today about what I would do with 1,000,000 URs. What would you (potentially) do with a million URs?
Do you have to wait until the annual fee has posted with Chase to request a PC if it's been over a year? I'd rather have a CFU than a CSP since I don't have any new cards at the momentI think the annual fee will post 9/1.
I feel dumb asking this after so long... but is there a way to narrow gift cards on Amazon down to third party so I can start doing that?
No, you don't need to wait. My aunt and uncle just PC'ed their CSP's to CF's and it's been about 18 mos for them so they received a bit of an AF refund. You will have to call though.
Wait, really... I didn't know that!
ETA: Does anyone know if I PC to a CFU, do you get the 0% interest rate for the first year or whatever it is? I actually have a very large purchase to make next week and I'd rather leave the money sitting in my Ally account (which continues to increase interest rates) if I have a 0% card.
If you are over a year, you can PC whenever you want. I don't know about the 0% interest...
You are correct. The categories are for using points to pay for the room or for 'certificates' that can buy up to a certain category - such as your free night certificate from your Marriott card.
New travel goal anyone?

Both cards should work until you hit the expiration date. I don't think they deactivate the old card.
A bit over 4 million62,000 for 4 month cruise. How many Urs is that?
A bit over 4 million![]()
Oh shoot, I misread the original post. I thought havaneselover was asking about whether she could PC before the AF had posted for the first year. Never mind...
