I need to buy a couple of USO tickets soon too, but just single day single park base tickets. This is for my 2 sons. The rest of us prefer to stay at Disney all week. Looks like the lowest $ ticket on the Chase portal is one day park to park. I’m not sure if it’s better to buy through the USO website, or just get the p2p through Chase, even if they only stay in one park. Are there other options?

Unless they only plan to be there for a few hours, I would definitely buy park to park. I can’t imagine picking only one park to go to. They are so close and the only way to do the Hogwarts express train is with a P2P ticket.

I would check out the Universal board. It's not as busy as other areas on the Dis but I'm sure there's someone that could answer your question if there isn't an AP sticky.

Sorry you are dealing with such a fustrsting problem! Can you try calling Universal and asking them if there would be a problem with the age discrepancy? And whatever you find out, get in writing because we all know you can get many different answers.

Hmm, I didn't think about that. I would hesitate to put in a fake DOB, only because you don't get actual tickets but vouchers and I think we needed to show ID at concierge. I would try to research it more before risking it.

I have about $250 in PayPal from various things that I need to use to grab some GC. What is the best deal right now? CF/dosh/sams in store, CF/RMN/sams online, bestbuy/swagbucks/CF?

ETA: I think it is Best Buy right? But it requires more trips since the best deal is in $100 increments. I may do the sams in store instead.

I think you can double dip Dosh & RMN for even greater savings with Dosh/RMN/CF/Sams. Haven't tried it myself yet though for dp...

ETA: I placed an unrelated sams online order before I saw this and it hasn't credited to dosh. Someone in the GC thread ordered GCs from sams tonight and showed up in dosh immediately. It is weird b/c sams isn't listed as an online retailer in dosh. Wonder if it is regional or something.

I'm getting vacation time at this new job for the first time EVER! I'm so excited! Only problem is that I work M-F and DH (who works at a church) has Saturday and either Friday or Monday off depending on the time of year, so no short weekend getaways for us without burning vacation time for him At least it means we have lots of time to save for the vacations we are able to take?

Sort of related: my new job doesn't "do" direct deposit. My new boss is just going to write me a physical check on payday. What's the easiest way to trigger a direct deposit for a Chase checking account bonus? I have accounts with Ally and Hancock Whitney (and that bonus just posted a couple weeks ago! That was a nice thing to see in my account in YNAB). I've seen the DoC page but got kind of confused because several banks seemed to have conflicting DPs.

Just curious when you signed up for Hancock Whitney promo? Did it have direct deposit requirement? I just opened my account a couple weeks ago and want to avoid changing my DD with my employer if possible. I cant find and DPs on DoC about what qualifies as a DD

She can upgrade hers in the parks if they want. If they are going to be there all day I think they might get bored with just 1 park. Though I’ve only gone with express passses from staying onsite, so not sure how lines factor into things but for us, we have gone back and forth several times a day.

In doing some moderator checks on r/churningreferrals I noticed that the Disney links have apparently updated so when you go to https://churning.rankt.com/referrals/chase_disney_rewards/ all the cards show "no bonus". If you guys regenerate your link you could be the only 2 showing a bonus!

I tried updating mine but I dont know that it shows any different on rankt?

Ok good to know! I pushed money from PayPal already but haven't made the debit card transactions yet. How soon did your bonus post after meeting requirements? T&Cs say it posts after bonus expiration date which would be 12/31 for me! I'm really hoping it wont take all that time because I'm not sure how tell if the PayPal transfer qualifies
