Hi everyone -- is there a way to see the chase.com/mybonus things you activated? I know I activated one, but I didn't make a note where I normally would and now can't recall!! I'm retired now, but I just finished working 3 long days (I do a combo of event staffing and bartending for a local amphitheater and it just so happened that 3 things lined up 3 days in a row -- now I only work about 10 hours in the next 2 weeks) and my brain is mush.

It's one that I get 10,000 points for doing something, lol. I've tried to search this thread, but I may have seen it on Reddit originally?

Will Capital One approve a 3rd personal card? I have a Quicksilver & a Savor (discontinued fee free one) I want to apply for a Venture X (for lounge access & global entry). No pre approval on it. Chance I get it if I apply? Credit score is in the 800’s.

Otherwise maybe a US bank Atlitude Connect Visa Signature? It has only 4 lounge visits but that would be enough since my husband gets himself +2 on the Sapphire Reserve so he can bring in the kids.

They have in the past. I had 4 and I closed one, so I have 3 now. The 4th approval was Venture X.

so there is a department that chase has the 6k bonus I had for Hyatt wasn't groceries so they are going to figure it out for me.
there was a 10k bonus for booking chase travel and 20k for chase sapphire reserve if you haven't by a certain date its probably that.

Checked Chase preapprovals, I could get the Sapphire Preferred or Reserve (so no idea why Cap1 wouldn’t on the VentureX). Took the Preferred because of the elevated sign up bonus. Got a $25k line.

(I'd prefer she got GE but I don't think she'll be willing to travel for an appt,and she'll prob only travel domestic anyway) ....Also here's something I hadn't noticed before, save 20% off points purchase? anyone used this in conjunction with points sales?

I am disappointed in our Samsung washer that's 2 years old, and doesn't have an agitator. Keep that in mind.

As for love -- our Maytag that was from the 70's JUST went out at our beach house. I loved that thing, and always wanted to move it from our beach house to our home!

I most likely will not be buying any more Samsung products. We just had to buy a new fridge too (old one was Samsung)

Cap1 is also known to be picky with their approvals, and strangely it doesn't depend on how high your credit score is.

I already have 2 US Bank cards so if worse comes to worse, I’d ask them to move some of the credit lines around ($25k and $15k). Neither of those need that much.

Yes. You can use any card with the Precheck benefit to pay for anyone. YMMV, you may need to go with the relative to the appt. Precheck you pay at the appt. Not sure if they would check the name on the card to who is using it. On business cards, I've added my son as e'ee so he can pay without me being there.

I had a Samsung and hated it and was so glad when it died (well other than having to pay for a new one). I had always said that I would get a Speed Queen the next time. I ended up with a Whirlpool that was a floor model and a great deal. It's fine, honestly all the front loaders annoy me but being short I need a step stool to reach in the new top loaders. I really just wanted a simple machine so less chance of something breaking. I ended up with a machine that has built in wi-fi.

I had a Kenmore from 1989 that lasted 34 years....I replaced it a couple years back with a similiar used model.... I will always look for 2nd hand washer in good condition now over the new models that die so quickly. Just a basic toploader old school machine

I got instant approval for the barclays card on 9/24 and still haven't gotten the card. I added it to my Google wallet so I can do my 1 purchase but I guess I better call them.
