I dropped his CIP down to $3kGreat, thank you! Exactly what I needed to hear. How much did you move over, or how low did the CIP CL go? I’m wondering if they have a minimum it has to be.

I think the minimum is $1,000. It might even be $500...Great, thank you! Exactly what I needed to hear. How much did you move over, or how low did the CIP CL go? I’m wondering if they have a minimum it has to be.
I moved mine via SM...left $1k on the CIPGreat, thank you! Exactly what I needed to hear. How much did you move over, or how low did the CIP CL go? I’m wondering if they have a minimum it has to be.
Congrats! I fly out in 2 days. I decided on a rental car. I might trust Disney transportation mid afternoon, but not to get me where I want to go in the morningsFriends - I am going to WDW in three weeks. Finally decided to make this trip happen!
We are thinking about booking a legit stretch Limo for our transportation as a bit of a splurge. I think it would really excite my girls and we need something to be excited about on this trip.
Quick Question: Has anybody here used Happy Limo and had a bad experience (or great experience)? Has anybody used another Limo service and had a great experience? From what I read, Happy seems like a solid choice.
I think I'm going with Happy Limo but wouldn't mind a competitive quote and/or additional peace of mind about them.
We did this as a splurge WDW to Port C, and it was fun, my kids loved it. Used Happy Limo, and they were great, and price was competitive and fair.Friends - I am going to WDW in three weeks. Finally decided to make this trip happen!

Awesome - thanks for sharing! It just makes me feel good to "know" somebody who had a good experience with them.We did this as a splurge WDW to Port C, and it was fun, my kids loved it. Used Happy Limo, and they were great, and price was competitive and fair.
We did a looooong time ago and everything worked out great. I remember a huge stuffed Mickey along for the ride too.Friends - I am going to WDW in three weeks. Finally decided to make this trip happen!

Thanks all! Without you guys, this hobby wouldn’t be possibleI moved mine via SM...left $1k on the CIP
I've lowered my CIP to $1K before.Okay, since no one answered my post from about an hour ago, and I'm impatient, I made my DH call while I was next to him. Basically it sounded like an identity verification, they asked NO questions about the business, and the CIU was approved, YIPPEE! The CL is only $3,000, which I half expected due to other's recent experience.
So now, my question is, can a CIP CL be lowered under $5K? It's currently at $5K, and I'd like to move about 3K from the CIP to the CIU to accommodate the $6K charge we need to make. I know $5K used to be the minimum CL they'd approve for, but not sure if it can be lowered after that.
It will be a different experience for sure but I bet you won’t regret it. We went the week before Christmas after 3 previously cancelled trips and had a fantastic time. I’m sure you’re reading the Here and just back reports, but I really did get some great tips from there. I did post one thing that I thought may be worth mentioning- With face mask wearing being so strict it really is almost impossible to get a good family picture without masks. We found a great spot for that. In the area in MK by the Plaza where the tables with yellow umbrellas are it’s acceptable to take off your masks since you’re “eating or drinking while stationery”. We got our Starbucks drinks and snacks and sat there along the fence. You have the castle as a back drop and no one behind you and the pictures looked great. Also the relaxation area at Tomorrowland Terrace is a good spot to get pictures with the castle in the background too. I love love love pictures and this is the first year we didn’t do memory maker in years.Awesome - thanks for sharing! I had been back and forth between Uber and renting a car. And something just kept jumping into my head making me think "go for the limo"...
We know this isn't exactly the "Disney World" that we want to visit... so something special like this could totally help with that.
I really should start reading more of the "Here and Just Back" reports. I honestly wasn't even excited about this trip until today. I've been sort of in a weird relationship with this potential trip... but now that I'm doing it... If you can meet the $7,500 MSR it feels like a CIU or CIC is always a good move!Hey all so it appears that the timing will work out and I will meet the elevated spending bonus on that CIC (at least I hope it will, assuming payment and new charges post when I need them to) and thus I find myself interested in another card.
Currently I hold 3 open Chase Biz cards, the most recent of which was opened 10/17/20 so I need to wait a couple weeks before doing anything there. I'm just an SP, so do my resident experts think I should go for another Biz in a couple weeks, or do you think I should lay low for a while and do one of the Freedom cards (I can't decide between Flex and Unlimited). I already have a relatively new CSP.
I don't have any large or special purchases planned (unless I have to get my transmission replaced, and I don't think that's a category that gets any bonus points anywhere!) so what say you?
Oh, good point. It looks like United charges $0 for the first bag, and also $0 for the 2nd bag if you're flying Business class, but it's $100 for the 2nd bag if you're flying economy and have no status with United (very easy to check as you go through a dummy booking, just click "View checked baggage charges"). Yes, you can transfer URs to UA at 1:1, and it should be pretty much instantaneous. Depending on if you have a CSP or CSR, each 1UR = 1.25 or 1.5 cents, respectively. So if you wanted to be thorough, you could check the cost of those flights using URs in the Chase travel portal to see which makes the most sense for you.Does United charge for bags for international flights? Would I transfer my UR points to United? Looks like a 1:1 transfer. There are business class seats available for 60,000 points one way. Will probably fly back using premium economy to save on points for future trips.
You’ll probably just get the refund and move along. Chase is pretty generous with how refunds work and rarely will penalize you or clawback points. How does Chase handle it if you return an item when the charge was already redeemed using PYB?
