Check your Amex Platinum offers
I got $50 off $50 at BestBuy.com 2x and $50 off $50 at Home Depot.com 2x. Also got Home Chef.

You should be fine in terms of limits since you only have 2 credit cards (Marriot & Hilton) and the limit is supposedly 4.I would like to apply for the Amex Blue Business Plus. Is the 10,000Mr using support link the best? I am in no hurry, but I would like a new SUB.( Really want a CIU but don’t think I can handle such a high SUB in 3 months)
I also never understand the Amex limits with charge/ credit cards.
I have
Marriott business
Hilton personal
Gold
Platnium(not business)

Good luckNice!! I checked my other cards just in case, but looks like Amex is just trying to retain Platinum card holders right now.
On my way to get my other eye done this morning.
Yeah - they rarely increase the offer on that card. It is a CREDIT card with Amex so it would go into the 4 card limit pool.I would like to apply for the Amex Blue Business Plus. Dec 1- Dec 31, Jan 1- Jan 31 did they code as grocery? Also did you already hit the 1k capQuestion about the CSR 3x on groceries - I know it’s capped at $1000 per month, but does anyone know how CSR measures a month? Is it calendar month, statement month, or what? My groceries stopped getting 3x on 12/22, and I’m trying to figure out why. My closing date was 12/26, so if it were statement date, it seems it should have reset. I also had charges in January, so if it were calendar month, that also should have reset. Any suggestions?

Yup! I booked our Spain trip back in November, then realized that I could actually fly out of the Granada airport for the same 30K miles, I called canceled the Madrid flight and rebooked out of Granada.Question about booking with American Airlines under their current terms... Am I correct when I read that if I cancel my flight I get all my miles back, no fees or anything? Just checking because that seems too easy- I've never booked with AA before and I'm thinking this is new since the pandemic because I thought that was always the big deal unique to Southwest- that you could so easily cancel flights booked with miles. I'm looking at flights for August to Hawaii and would love to book them now while they're available in my points range, but I won't know if we can actually take this trip till DS gets his summer internship schedule.
It's in the T&Cs of the offers that they seem to apply to cards opened prior to 11/1. It's an extension (or expansion) of COVID-type retention offers so I guess they figure if you signed up for a card in the past 2 months, you were happy with what you were getting.I guess they don't care about the new Plat owners, I didn't get a single of those awesome offers.
Check your pending points - the benefit is based on calendar month but the points post with your statement.I hit the cap in December, but I had charges in January that have posted and didn’t get the 3x.
I can’t say for sure but I would think it would credit if you pay directly with your card. I think when they say pay through third parties it means things like PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.I came here to buzz about the new Amex offers. I’m a new plat holder also and nothing. But P2 got the spend $500 get $25 back on his BBP. I’m hoping it will work to pay $500 installments on college tuition. One thing in the fine print is payments through third parties won’t count. Any idea on if it will work when the college uses an online company to process payments? I will probably try once and see, but thought I’d ask anyway. It does say allow 90 days after offer expiration which isn’t until June, so if it doesn’t credit right away I’ll be left wondering.
