He's young yet! Mine didn't really have any interest in watching anything until 2.5yo-ish.
I just mentioned it because I’ve had so many people tell me to have shows ready for him to watch. His attention span is like 30 seconds max lol

I'm in the same boat, but with 3 FNC, 2 expiring. Was thinking about dropping the Maui part after Kauai since if things don't change, we'd have to test in Kauai. But can't think of anywhere else I'd want to use my FNCs. There's a new Waldorf in Southern CA I wouldn't mind going to, but of course couldn't find any standard nights. I'm worried about the vacation rental we have booked in Hana since we'd lose money if we canceled within 2 weeks before. I do have back up nights booked at the Grand Hyatt Kauai, so I could drop Hana and just go to the Grand Wailea.

Hawaii is looking to expand the vaccine passport by July 4. There's talk of dropping the interisland testing requirement then too. Our trip is mid July, so cutting it close! I'm keeping plans as is for now, will have to watch and decide later.
When I rebooked from March to August we dropped a second island because I still couldn't get Maui-Oahu to work with availability. Lack of availability at other locations is another reason I really don't want to cancel. And the thought of planning another trip as a backup doesn't appeal to me. Like all travel the past year I won't get too excited until we are actually there. :D Hopefully things continue to move in the right direction and we can both go.

My little guy is 18 months and loves Sesame Street. All the singing and puppets seem to really captivate him. When I need to do chores, I can park him in front of Sesame Street and he is mesmerized. Have you tried Sesame Street?

Remind me on the southwest change- can I change my original flight to a cheaper one and then change back? Or book a new flight and then move that one?

Book the cheapest flight between the cities you want on any date during the change window. (Use the Low Fare Calendar on the website to find this easily!) Then change it to the date and time you really want. If you’ve already got a flight booked, you can just pretend it’s not booked and start fresh. Once you’ve got everything booked anew, cancel your original flight. (This works best if you’ve got lots of SW points to play with.)

I do have lots of points. I haven’t done this in over a year now, I forget the details

Our original flight was TUL -->DAL --> MCO it was changed to: DAL--> IAH-->MSY-->MCO. Even the chat agent commented on the crazy change.
Yeah, that happened to me in 2019. Booked from CMH to DEN to SEA. after a schedule change they dropped the SEA portion, leaving us in DEN. Had to call and get it straightened Out.

Yep we’ve tried sesame street! He knows the characters (mainly from books) and will watch for a minute maybe but then he’s done. He just doesn’t stop moving. We get asked a lot if he ever takes a break lol. He gets that from his mom unfortunately. Trust me I wish I could get just 10 minutes of him sitting. I try every day to put something on but he just doesn’t care.

At that age my grandkids loved when I found nursery rhymes such as the 'wheels on the bus go round and round' and other similar sing song stuff on my laptop for them. That held their interest for quite a while. Just the old school stuff on a screen, but it worked. Now they fly with their own tablets and headphones. And its Paw Patrol, and a whole lot of other stuff.

Based on the way SW bills for a ticket, the payment will be split between the 2 tickets on the CC statement, right? I want to book my ticket with DH’s so his A list will be passed along to my ticket but I am trying to my CC credits so the total due is $178 but I think SW will split that into 2 charges so it would credit. Am I thinking, right?

OK. I'm thinking of dipping in a toe to some previously untouched waters (for me) ...MDD.... :scared: Scenario is P2 (calling in would be a problem) want csp-csr...... if I reduced all CL on P1/P2 accounts today- is next Monday enough time to wait? What's the worst thing that can happen.... I get the 1st, if 2nd goes pending...and we just wait it out.... it might be a denial and we move on with our lives? (just re-read the tutorial) However I have some big bills where I can (finally) try this....
I didn't see a reply yet. I just completed a successful MDD for my P2 last week. I think a week after decreasing your credit limits is plenty of time to wait before your first application.

Unfortunately, I think it is likely that your P2 will need to call to get the applications approved on the day of application. My P2 had to call on the first application to verify identity. In retrospect, we should have requested a lower credit limit on the first card at the time of this first call. Instead, after approval of the first card, I decreased credit limits again, then submitted the second application the next day. My P2 was not auto-approved. Even though I had decreased credit limits, she had to call to shuffle credit to get the card approved.

If you really want the MDD, you shouldn't wait if the second application isn't auto-approved. You should call.

I suspect that new WA is the one we just booked with our FNCs. It looks really nice, but not as nice as the GW or the GHK (both are longtime family favorites here), but flying to HI just doesn't work for us at this point. If we end up going I'll try to post some info on here. It's just so much easier to get down to LA, but the tradeoff is that it's not Hawaii.

I have a question. In my P2 Chase account ( he has a CSP) it says you are preapproved for an FU. Spend $500 get $200 back. If he is pre approved does this mean I wouldn’t need to unlock his credit to get this card? I know it’s not the most lucrative of bonuses but it might be the easiest and he is at 1/24 right now.

I know that Barclay has its own rules. I applied for the Hawaiian Airlines Biz card almost 2 weeks ago. Got the message they would call if they need more info. Haven’t received any call. Status line saying they are still processing. Tomorrow will be 10 business days,
Ive tried calling Barclay but they don’t have a general number. Just a number for my other Barclay card.
I don’t really need another MSR since I upgraded my Amex gold but it is a decent bonus. Need to book flights soon so want to know what’s going on.

I was pre approved for the CSP and wasn’t approved instantly. I called and was told I had to unfreeze my credit. Once I did, I called back and was instantly approved.

Does anybody know if some kind of a tracker exists for the grocery spend on the Freedom Unlimited? I could've sworn there was a way to track it previously but I can't find it now. We get 5% for the first year or up to $10,000 (I think?) and I feel like we are getting close and will want to switch our grocery spend to a different card.
If it’s the same as the Freedom, I thought it was $12,000? I’ll have to double check. I did look through my screenshots. Usually I take one when I get an offer like this, but I couldn’t find it this morning.

Ours says it is too, but I don't recall hearing it sold out. I am thinking, at least here, that they halted additional sales in case they have to limit capacity.

I was suprised my dd said to sell, I was relieved frankly, it's on a Wed night and it's almost an hour each way LOL. I do like Harry though. We paid for these in November of 2019 and won't get our money from the sale until 9/23. Yikes.
I believe HS has been sold out everywhere since before the pandemic. Well except for random single seats here and there. My 16yo loves her 1D like her mom loved/loves NKOTB, LOL. So trust me, she's looked up every single place he's playing. I think she's pushing for me to allow her to see him in TX. Her other family has already said they'll by her and her BFF the $1k VIP ticket, LOL.

Hi, my name is Amy....I'm 44 and I still love SS! I think I wrote every paper in college on SS I could. And I collect Elmos, lol. My mom said I was mesmerized from a very early age w/ SS. And apparently my 3yo self pitched a fit because I HAD to have a yellow winter coat to match my big bird hat, LOL.
