I’m beginning to think she had a small stroke affecting her left side . She has difficulty making her left leg do anything.

Monday Mom drove herself to my house for her morning walk. Monday night she called that she fell at home. SIL and I went to get her and brought her home to my house. That night I went to work and she was able to get herself back and forth to the bathroom. Last night she would call me and I would go with her to the bathroom. Then this morning she got much weaker. We took her to the hospital for a workup and got no obvious answers. Tonight it was taking 2 of us to transfer to bed. We could use a few prayers this way.

I’m sorry you’re going through that. I hope they figure out what’s wrong and it gets better

Just locked in my rate (2.5% on 15 year fixed). Hoping to close by the end of August. I emailed Suntrust (that's who I'm with now) and was told they're at 3.125% on a 15-year refinance.

I'm getting 2.75% on a 15 year fixed through my credit union. Can't lock it in because I am furloughed, but I'm hoping it doesn't change. I'm excited to combine my two mortgages into one (just before closing on our house someone decided there was a rule that we needed 20% down since we had a townhouse so they gave us a second mortgage for a few thousand dollars to cover it, weird situation) and remove taxes and insurance so I can pay those myself. Monthly mortgage payment is going down $200 but I'll need to put that aside to pay taxes and insurance.

My coworker went to Cornell. She hates the cold and is now so acclimated to Florida that when we went to NYC together last March she was bundled up like a burrito everywhere we went. I don't know how she survived Cornell!

I got an odd credit...I used my card at the farmers market last week 4 times,4 vendors. I got 3 credits,one of them was for $10... I'm guessing it's a mistake it should have counted as 4 $5 credits(?) anyway at least it's working...it did take a few days to post

I've read about other people getting $10 instead of $5. I bet you'll get one more $5 credit at some point.

I will try to use the AA miles for travel of some kind. DD lives in Philadelphia, so I will be able to use them next year for SOMETHING. My problem right now is I need ides for a good, non-travel use of B of A points.

Haha. Oh man that reminds me that I once had to dig my car out of the snow at UVa with an ice cream scoop because I didn't have a shovel. I clearly would not survive Chicago in the winter.
