I love credit cards so much! v3.0 (see first page for add'l details)

I got the email today to extend my CIP MSR. On my account though it still says I have until 5/21. Not too concerned though since I’m less than $600 out from meeting it.

I also got my SW bonus points today. And the stimulus $ is in our account. It’s also going to savings since DH’s “essential” job is looking less essential by the hour. :scared: I was only working part time up until mid March but that work dried up pretty quick.
 
Does anyone know how I dispute a charge on an older statement for Chase? It's a travel charge for a hotel that I cannot get in contact with (another country) to cancel reservation. The entire country is closed. There are no flights there. There is no way to get there. It's a refundable reservation, but I can't get in touch with anyone. I just want to do a charge back for the deposit at this point. Will a SM work?

Also, anyone with issues logging in to Chase before I attempt other browsers (which will require text confirms, etc)? I can get into my personal on the app, but not in Firefox. I really don't want to log into each of them on the app with these passwords and probably text confirms as well, I'm a little lazy like that.

No problems logging into Chase, but I am having problems logging in to Amex. I get a message saying their system is temporarily unavailable.

Yes, we got it on a BBP, Personal Plat and an AU Plat.

Dh and I both have it on our BBPs. I’m not sure we’ll use it though.

Can't get in to Chase, can't get in to Navy Federal, no stimulus payment (that I can tell since I did briefly get in earlier this morning, just couldn't load my acct) and the IRS "where is my payment" isn't working.

I need to just stop the money stuff for now lol

I've had good luck with Chase if you call right around 8:00am EST if you want to talk to someone live. Otherwise you can dispute it online . Let us know how it goes.
 
Good news when I logged into my TY points account today - we had booked a room using TY points to visit DD2 at college for Dad's weekend. We were supposed to be there March 27-29th. The hotel was closed by that time, so even though the rate we non-refundable, I thought we should for sure get the points back. The card is in DH's name, so I had been putting off calling. Today when I logged in the 28,000 points were back in the account! I'm now thinking of using the points for one of their mortgage payments. I didn't even realize that was an option until someone mentioned it (probably on here). I have enough points to pay $900. I seem to have a hard time using these points for some reason and that would put them to good use. DH and I don't owe much on the house at this point and we've been debating just paying it off anyway. This may just be the push we need. I'll have to talk with him about it tonight.
 
I can’t generate a link for P2‘s CIP. I know the public SUB changed for this card, so are links no longer available?

I think there was a little chatter here about those stopping shortly after the beginning of the month. Last I heard support was still working from DISchurners, especially if you are interested in the previous $5k in 3 months deal.

I quickly put one there, when we started to worry this was going to happen.

We received our stimulus money today, but no SW bonus points yet. I really hope I get those soon! I should be eligible and was expecting 17k RR or so. Now I'm scared I did something wrong with it. Oh, I also had the 0 pts customer service adjustment from 4/13 also.
I tweeted them and I'm not sure I'm going to get mine. This likely doesn't apply to you but quoting anyways to continue the conversation. I reviewed the fine print:

To qualify for this bonus offer, account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment.

So I think I'm going to miss out on my points because I closed my CC on 2/7/20. Again, not a great loss as closing that card gave me the ability to earn 260k SW points through other strategies, LOL!! I think I'm just gonna let these 22k go... especially based on that last phrase which means the promo was likely tied to the SW card I elected to close.

You can't create new ones, but the old referral links still work. I just checked mine on the DisChurners
Thank you. I still have to wait a couple of weeks for the timing to be right. But if that’s still the situation, I’ll use a Dischurners link instead of my planned P2 to P1.

This promotion is based on your spending while using your Southwest Chase Visa Rapid Rewards Credit Card during a certain period of time. While we are happy to have Chase as a Partner so our Members can earn points using the credit card, we do not have access to your credit card account. We depend on Chase to send us the points you have earned and, in turn, will maintain them in your Rapid Rewards account. I encourage you to contact Chase Visa for the specific number of bonus points earned. I'm sure they will be happy to help you out.
So I guess I will be letting this go. I definitely closed the card that triggered my eligibility in the first place. :) Oh well - I'm not too upset about that given what I shared before. LOL!
 
Did you have a return on that card which caused it? The easiest way to fix that is to transfer 616 from another UR account to that account to clear the negative.
I need to go back and check. I haven’t used that card since sometime in March so we may have returned something. I was thinking about doing what you said and transferring points
