Looks like SW may be doing changes that include not having to pay the difference for March/April flights. I saw this on DoC. When I pulled my 3/31 flight it looks this is without a 14 day window. My 4/5 return flight also gave me the same language. I haven't pulled the trigger yet.
I have to decide what dates/month I want to change to.

Edit: After further investigation looks the window is 30 days without having to pay the difference.

So I canceled our Spring Break SW flights. Chose funds back to CC. Got 1 cancellation email confirmation out of 4 flights. The other flights have just disappeared. No RR points back in account, no pending CC credits. It’s been an hour and a half, logged in and out of account. How long should I wait before panicking that my points aren’t there?

Certainly not implying everyone. But many. And many teens go through a rebellious phase and defy the adults in their life, which is extra hard for kids with health issues.
Your DD obviously has a good role model in your DW.

Funny you should mention that b/c my DD is actually a better role model for my DW now. DW was so instrumental when DD first was diagnosed. We were so blessed that she had experienced it. Made it bearable.

Well..... we did it. canceled our spring break trip...and while we're all sad that our planned fun is not happening,we're also less stressed considering all that could go sideways at this point with traveling far from home... We were supposed to leave 4/11..... I still have yet to figure out if they'll give us a break on our park tix thru UR,so many other 3rd party places are so helpful with the tix right now.... my Dsis got hers from visit orlando site, they were great about a quick refund! So I have a bunch of points in my accounts....but I don't like seeing them there....I'd much rather be points poor and traveling to fun places!

Right there with you. I've figured for a while that we wouldn't be going to Maui on April 5th, but today I just pulled the plug on the SWA flights after the governor of Hawaii asked visitors to stay away for 30 days. My biggest issue is that I have so many SWA credits I have no idea how I"m going to use them all. I may call for extensions at some point. I probably have $1500 a person for DH and the kids all in with cancelled Hawaii, WDW and Amex credits. It's going to be very hard to get the kid's credits used as they are both in college.

The email starts out 'a message from' and covers a few topics but eventually gets to FNC's. My DD applied for her CIP on 3/11 with support from me. I called a couple of times and got 2 week message. Then I h ave been busy and forgot about calling daily and called today and it said approved!! I didn’t screen shot anything so hopefully I’ll still get the bonus without issue.

Thank you. I got that email and admittedly only skimmed the topic headers after reading the opening blah blah about my health and safety bring their top priority. Good to know.

Day 1 of working in semi-isolation at the office:

- I got an awesome parking spot right next to the entrance
- There was literally no one else on our floor today except the one other legal assistant. The whole day in our 12-story building, I saw one maintenance staff member, someone headed out to the loading dock by the mail room to have a smoke break, and the lady who comes by to water the plants. That's it.
- I occasionally hear classical music playing faintly in my office. I've always figured it was the other assistant and he was just turning the volume way down to be considerate. Well he left today, I was all alone, and it was dead quiet in the suite...except for the very very quiet symphony music I could hear only in my office if I listened very closely! I'm hoping it's just the person in the office above me, and not a ghost or auditory hallucinations!

@wendow and anyone else who was worrying (maybe @snugglebug) about borrowed points. It looks like DVC updated its policy again today and they are putting borrowed points back in the UY they came from. So I would hurry up and cancel before they change their mind again.

If you guys can believe it... tourists continue to roll in & then complain when what they wanted to do is closed The absolute arrogance of it is astounding. I don’t care if it’s your “once in a lifetime” trip. It could be the end of someone else’s life. You can reschedule & come back when all the things you wanted to do are... you know... open. Stay home.

Sure wish they would close the borders & cancel the Olympics, effective yesterday, but those decisions are a bit above my pay grade

Y'all got me watching Contagion today, and looking at Pop Tarts online. Wow. Target can't even ship most of them these days. It's rough out there.

That CIP MSR is a too high. I guess they realized the deal they have now is too good?
