Awesome!!Just got an email from Hilton Honors that they are extending ALL FNC until August 31, 2021. Mine was from an AmEx also -
I wanted to follow up on the recent message you received from our CEO, Chris Nassetta. In addition to the enhancements Hilton communicated, we are extending the expiration date of the Weekend Night Reward(s) you earned as a Hilton Honors American Express Card Member.
We appreciate that you choose to travel with us and want to make sure you have the flexibility you need to enjoy the rewards youāve earned.
For all unexpired Weekend Night Rewards as of March 11, 2020, and all new ones issued until August 30, 2020, we are extending the expiration date through the end of next summer (August 31, 2021). There is no need for you to do anything, as your certificate(s) are being automatically updated in our systems.
We hope this adjustment gives you some additional flexibility for your travels.
Iām not an apron guy... but if I were, this would be the one Iād choose!!Oh and if anyone is looking for a nee kitchen apron, @SouthFayetteFan , bed bath and beyond has a mean girls one that says on Wednesdays we wear pink. Courae the apron was blue which was weird, no it's almost a hot pink![]()
Ah, ok thank you. Only a CIP here but I do have an MSR to meet...the CIC gets 5X points on office supplies stores. Staples frequently run sales on MC or Visa gift cards with no activation fee, and Office Depot is doing one this week at $15 off $300, which covers the cost of the activation fee. These sales are very popular with the MS group. I took a break from the CIP madness to get a CIC. 50,000 URs isnāt bad. And now I can buy gift cards and get 5% back!
IDK whether it's the same article I saw referenced earlier, but someone posted in a different thread about something similar (with them laughing about it) and essentially got roasted.I canāt take credit for finding this one. A friend in a churning group shared it...
I really really try to sympathize with all small business owners and self employed...... and I feel slightly bad to admit this, but I literally LOLed on this one.

I mean, I did admit that I felt bad, right??IDK whether it's the same article I saw referenced earlier, but someone posted in a different thread about something similar (with them laughing about it) and essentially got roasted.
I'll be honest... it's only recently that I've seen this "influencer" title (?) come around. I find the whole thing rather... distasteful, really. Although the lady that does "Disneyland Daily" seems like a sweetheart. I "liked" her page but I think since that time she became "official" with Disneyland, plus with GAT, and maybe some other companies too, and now she has a staff (she was a one-woman show at the time, if I'm not mistaken). I still like her but I almost feel like I liked her better when she was JUST her. (In fact, her "title" changed to Disneyland Daily from something else and I remember being a bit disappointed that it changed, too. Probably had to, to be an official Disneyland infuencer!)I mean, I did admit that I felt bad, right??![]()
Yowza.Just read CDC says schools should be closed for 8 weeks. 2 weeks isn't going to do anything. Plus spring break will complicate that for a lot of the country.
Yeah, I'm grateful mine are teenagers and can take care of themselves and DD has her license. I'm very worried about DS virtually learning, but I'll see how I can support him. DD will be fine and I've asked her to put extra time into SAT prep. She was supposed to take it today, but that was obviously cancelled.Yowza.
My kids' first week of spring break just ended (we get two), so they have another week off anyway. At the moment , our district is saying they plan to return as usual. But a district right on our border has announced they will close, so it will be interesting to see if our district caves to the peer pressure I am sure is coming.
I am grateful my kids are older and even if they weren't, their step mom works for the the same district they attend, plus their dad is an district office employee for a different district who is also closing.. so at least they won't be alone all day if we do close.
My older son is only a sophomore and won't turn 16 until June, so he can't drive yet, and no plans for him for the SAT this year.Yeah, I'm grateful mine are teenagers and can take care of themselves and DD has her license. There were actually a number of flights when we looked on Friday. I'm sure it's crazy now. So glad your DD's flight is off. I'll be on pins and needles until my DD's takes off. I'm so sad for them, too.

That's exactly how I feel. I think she was probably safer in the North of England than Northern California. But who knows and this way at least she is with us.Wow. We looked and booked on Thursday and it was very slim pickings. But we were looking from the Shengen Zone, which already had the travel ban in place. Much easier from the UK (well, until today probably). I'm glad you were able to find something for your DD. Of course, I worry that by coming home she is coming into the middle of an epidemic because of where we live...
