Thank you! I forgot to mention that we had selected AA last year, oops.I think that you can change the airline once per year. So you should be able to change it to AA this year.

When you select your AmEx airline for the credits one year, does it automatically stay the same for the following year?
I booked dd home for her brother's wedding weekend (dude, why did you choose the weekend before her finals??) and had to use American for the only nonstops between IND and PHL. I'm thinking of using some of our credits to get her a better seat.
Edit to add: We had selected AA last year on both our cards (dh Gold, my Plat) so that we could bump our free-from-voucher seats up to Main Cabin Extra for the Rome trip.

Verizon has the best coverage in my area. ATT was not good in my office, so I've been looking for a change. The deal we got was BYOD for $250 visa gift card per line. We moved 6 lines so that's $1500. I know the offer was $150 if you went to the store, so I did it all online.Did you get a deal for switching? Still looking at possibly switching carriers just to get an iphone deal. We all need new phones. I hate that they don't do anything for existing customers. I am doing the TMobile trial right now and it sucks here unfortunately. I really think I need to stick with ATT here. Verizon may be a possibility, I know they were awful here a few years ago, but I think they have gotten better.
Officially, Amex lets you change your selection for the airline fee credit once a year during the month of January. If you don't change your airline, your selection from last year will carry over to this year. However, Amex is pretty good about letting you change your airline selection later in the year, especially if you haven't used any of this year's credit. I've always had success chatting with Amex to change my airline when I've had to because I "forgot" to change it (in January). There are lots of positive DPs about chatting to change your airline selection later in the year if you haven't used any of the credit. Mixed DPs for changing your airline if you have used some of the credit.
He looks like an adult in his suit! The 8th grade semi-formal was a HUGE success! DS actually spent most of the evening on the dance floor. He is growing up. The Vans were perfect! Thanks everyone who suggested them!
I know! My little boy will officially be a teenager in 13 days and shortly after a high school freshman. He looks like an adult in his suit!
Had a little over 80k Marriott Points and was looking at the Swolphin to use these for a split stay this July. I had thought it was 50k per night, but was pleasantly surprised I found 40k, so I booked 2 SWAN nights.
Oh well, that’s ok.Just looked and there is no Amazon showing.
My SiriusXM trial supposedly ended. I wouldn't know since I've never turned it on.
But, all kinds of offers come, and I've ignored them. Now, it's $5 a month for 12 months. Previous was for 5 or 6 months.
I'm mostly posting this to let people know that it's possible to get that low. Still probably not interested - I just don't use my radio that much even on longer trips.
I will be there the 18th to the 21stWill any of you be at wdw around 4/20 or after that are passholders?
I called to cancel a couple of weeks ago, for dh's car, and got $5 a month for a year. It took one declined offer before they offered up that one. I cannot believe that people pay the regular charge!! When I was visiting my dad two weeks ago, I was going through the bills with my stepmom, and they pay $27 a month for Sirius in his car. First of all, OMG, so dumb, but they don't know better. Second my dad can't drive since he got cancer and hasn't driven in months, so his car just sits there, and no one uses it.Called Thur to "Cancel" and was able to get $5/mo for 6mo. In the past I have always had to decline three times before they could magically find the good offers this time they came right out of the gate with it so I just took it. I like they give you online access now, I canceled and they offered me Car and Online for $5/mo about two years ago so I signed back up but when I went to "cancel" that they told me I would get the same offer again so I continued but they dropped the online. So I called back and they gave me all access then like $100 in credits to bring it down to $5/mo, rode that for over a year until they added online for free so now back down to the standard package.
Yes, thank you. The resort fee that gets me nothing.I've got one night booked there subject to change. You did note the extra 33.75 for resort fee and taxes? Plus parking fee if you have a car?
Thanks...going to do the call to cancel roulette wheel tomorrow. My SiriusXM trial supposedly ended. I wouldn't know since I've never turned it on.

Wow, non-peak rates during summer season?Had a little over 80k Marriott Points and was looking at the Swolphin to use these for a split stay this July. I had thought it was 50k per night, but was pleasantly surprised I found 40k, so I booked 2 SWAN nights.

IDK. I'm not an alarmist, also not an ostrich with head in the sand type. It 'feels' to me like this is a media induced fear.... Is this virus a real thing? Yes. Does it kill some people? Yes. Is it killing people at the same rate as the 'average' flu that is always present, each and every year? No,not even close. And yet, here we are. (not this thread specifically) in full blown panic mode...the stock market, any sort of travel to any place, buying survival supplies like we all just figured out that things like this can and do happen regularly....I'm just unsure how to think or really react to most of this currently, especially concerning travel of any sort.
