Our MoW is also leaving it outside and calling to tell them it's there. They had someone on the news tonight talking about it.Totally against the rules! I'm never allowed to leave a hot meal outside (or the cold bagged lunch). We are in a rural-ish area and there are a lot of critters, plus temperature control is important. About half the clients take the meals at the door; for the other half I walk into their house, they are sitting in a recliner, and I put the meals on their table or kitchen counter. We did wear gloves today when passing out the meals. I made it a point to not come particularly close to anyone.
I called the man I am driving to radiation later this week for the cancer society, told him I thought he should ride in the back seat for social distancing, and he said he gets carsick. So I will be doing some wiping down of my car before that.
