That's great.I love how responsive SW is to DMs on Twitter! I must have forgotten to change the middle name on my mom’s SW return ticket so her boarding pass had mine, oops! I sent a DM to SW, they asked for a photo of her license, quickly made the change and all is well!
I'm trying to get an error corrected - when i booked our award travel trip to Europe via United, the agent messed up the last letter of my kid's middle name. Literally one letter wrong. I called immediately and asked United to fix it, they vaguely said they would email the other carriers. Hasn't been fixed. I emailed the partner airlines, they said United has to fix it. I tried to email United rewards and they said they couldn't help, I would need to call reservations and there was no way to deal with it via email. So dopey, but I really don't want to be traveling overseas with a kid whose ticket doesn't match the passport/global entry info exactly. Fortunately we have ages before this trip happens, but this is a good reminder I need to bug them again...
