Anyone know if you can buy Disney GCs with a Safeway GC? I did it last summer in Portland, but wondering if it is still valid. We are headed out in a few weeks.

The Dollar Generals in my area (Ohio) will only load my Serve card with cash. No debit cards. But at Walmart it has been pretty easy to use the vgc. I did read somewhere that it won’t work at a self checkout. Now that I finally figured it out I’m hoping to increase my amount from $400 to $800 in July. I just read as much about it as I could then found my way with trial and error because it does seem to vary depending on region.

I love seeing people try it out!

Basically buy a Gift card go to dollar general and say you want to load your card for the amount on the gift card. Swipe the serve then swipe the giftcard and enter your pin and it’s loaded. You can go home and then transfer the money to your bank. It doesn’t take much time if the lines aren’t long.

Does Dollar Tree work? I looked online for dollar general and that's all that came up near me. I'm still too chicken to really try this, but it would good to know if it was an option. I guess I could try a really small amount.

Disneyland SoCal/Deluxe AP blockouts working too well for Disney. Further proof Disney is not interested in improving the guest experience by reducing crowds. They want just the right amount of crowds for them to make money and not having too many guests complaining or standing in line and not dining or shopping. Those guests who were enjoying (or looking forward to) 5, 10, 15, 25 minute waits can shove it, or be shoved because the summer crowds are coming back!

And this is why we pretty much stopped going to Disneyland. We used to have APs and would go a couple times a year.

Yeah per card but you can have two activate cards per person. So 20k a month in 2 player mode. I use SOs card with no issues

CVS, 7-Eleven, and Rite Aid are also listed but I don’t believe they allow giftcard loads or its very YMMV. @speedyfishy can you confirm?

Great Southern Bank taking care of another CIP MSR. Applied 6/16, approved 6/17, received card 6/24, opened checking account 6/25 with $5000 charge, $85,000 URs pending on 6/27. And from reading comments on DoC it looks like you can open another account, like money market and savings and fund another $5000. Easiest MS ever! I know it's not illegal, but sometimes it feels like it should be when it's so easy!

More than one? Interesting!! I just opened the Money Market today, but I would happily open a checking if I can get another card that needs an MSR (like that new SW biz card that I have to wait 3 weeks for LOL). I don't want to do any for dh though, they made me call today to finish the account.

Thanks. I guess it's just hard to do over here. I see CVS listed... we have those, but I wonder if it would work. I'm not willing to go to WalMart even if it would work there.
