So I’m starting a bathroom remodel in 2 weeks. I did a test purchase and floor and decor codes as home improvement on my freedom. I’m also ordering a bathroom vanity and toilet from Home Depot.

I have a freedom, but I’ve already spent like 800 dollars in the grocery category.

I can PC my cfu to a second freedom right? And how soon could I PC it back? Would I need to wait a whole year?

TPG has confirmed with Chase that the Sapphire Reserve’s Priority Pass membership will continue to offer access to airport restaurants. Citi has also said it has no plans to change any benefits at this time. We’ve reached out to US Bank to hear if they have any changes in the works, but they have yet to respond.

Yes, with BoA you have to plan on doing billpay out of your primary checking account, or writing a check and sending it. There is no way to link your (non-BoA) checking account to your credit card account, like you can with Amex or Chase or Capital One or Citi or Barclays or USBank (i.e. pretty much every other bank out there). You can use a BoA checking account to pay off the credit card, but most of those checking accounts have fees (although students under 24 can get a fee waiver on the least pricey checking account which is otherwise $4.95/mo).

I wonder if this a newer development? I have the BoA Alaska Airlines card that I opened in 2013 and always pay with my linked CU checking account.

This was our third time here and yes as good as NY Italian...it’s the only Italian Disney restaurant we eat in.
The meatballs and rice balls are amazing...I have only had pasta dishes....they offer half portions which we get since we get appetizers and can never finish a full order.
My husband had the chicken parmigiana once and it was the size of the plate...

@SouthFayetteFan i think you’re right. I did have to pay part of one of the Disney rooms with a cc but I don’t think the car rental company would ever be given that info. I still think I’ll try to cancel and I’ll definitely report back!

Just for DH’s Citi letter saying he was getting the match!! I can’t remember the exact language I used on chat, but the agent’s response was more indicative of me actually getting the match than not. Not sure that matters now if there really is standard language going out. Now hopefully I’ll get a letter to match my account too since I got similar language on my chat. I feel slightly more confident my bonus will post since I did get the $250 statement credit. DH’s statement closes 6/6. I’m planning to book a hotels. Com stay tonight and pay in full so that should put me just shy of MSR. So wish I could put all this hay I just bought on a card!

Hmm. Maybe it was reported here but the poster was from the big reddit thread? Or I'm just capable of remembering anything at all (which is possible). Thanks for clearing that up.

I emailed my docs after being told I wasn't supposed to fax. Let me check my email and I'll PM it to you. I still haven't heard anything. Email was sent around 5/17.

Thank you for chiming in on this! Yours is the first DP I've heard of that could do that, so it prompted me to go dig further (I've searched before on the BoA website for "add external account" and didn't find anything useful). I did find a way to link my checking account, and have set up trial deposits to verify the account with BoA! Thanks!

@WVMomof3 I went back and edited my post. Please mentally erase my complaint about BoA in this regard. Sorry about that!

Just wanted to thank everyone who replied to my question about a week ago about the best 2nd card for my daughter, a Freedom or Sw card. Things got a little nuts around here and it took me a while to read/catch up. I read them all and forwarded the advice to her so she can make her own decision. Just didn’t want you all thinking I hadn’t read or appreciated the advice because I hadn’t replied to anyone.

I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong with signing in. I saw other people mentioning the board is no longer taking them to their last read post. I’m also getting signed off every time I leave and come back, even though I’m checking”keep me signed in.” I think I’ve had to reset my password four times. I never signed out on the old board, so I never wrote it down. I wrote it down for my current time on the board, so maybe it’ll stick this time. Other than that, I’m neutral about the new board.

i think they moved the button to the right side, says Jump to New. that one worked for me.
