Got my Ally bank bonus today, so did DD. That was a nice chunk of change!!!
Thinking of doing Discover for her, putting my $$ into her checking and then moving in and out of Discover, for the $200 bonus. Anyone see any issues with that? Both accounts would be in her name. She could sure use the $200 to save up toward her first ever non family Disney trip.

ETA: I just looked at the statements and I see it was refer a friend bonuses on my July statement. Happy day. I think I remember posting in the comments of a doc article where he said we could post our links one time...faintly recall that. Maybe it is from there!

Do they accept cvs gift cards? If so you could buy a cvs gift card at cvs using cf and use it at the cvs pharmacy in target.

What do you like about Busch gardens? I think the roller coasters look awesome and sometimes I just need my roller coaster fix.

Great coasters! We love all the rides there. It’s also very clean and well-maintained, plus the food is great!

I'm really intrigued by this addition because I also thought it looks like the Great Hall... but how are you going to have the Great Hall separate from Hogwarts?

It looked to be attached to the Castle to me from the quick glimpse I got. DS would indulge me inriding it again though so I could glimpse more. He finds it to be a baby ride since he really enjoys the Hulk.

In Islands of Adventure. They tore down the Dueling Dragons to make way for the expansion. They have a huge area to work with. It’s slated to open summer of 2020. I am excited for it and hope our APs haven’t expired before it occurs or we might just need to renew them There’s rumors of an expansion coming to the Diagon Alley side by removing Fear Factory (I think that’s what it’s called.) But there is also a 4 Park in the works (i’m Counting Volcano Bay) so who knows if the Diagon Alley expansion will happen.

Hey, I got $19! I was pretty sure I pulled out everything a few days to early to qualify.

That's pretty much what I did with DH, except added myself to his checking. Moved $$ from my Ally to his checking to his Discover. In and out to trigger bonus, and back to Ally

yeah had a target gc luckily since 6 meds for 2 of the kids was $76. cant imagine what they would be without insurance

One year when we were taking a break from Disney we got the Super Grover Pass which covered Sesame Place, both Busch gardens, Sea World, River Country USA and Aquatica. We also got $$ off Discovery Cove. I haven’t looked in to it for a few years so YMMV. Our Disney break failed. I went in to a bit of Disney withdrawal so DD and I did one MK day. I don’t know if they even sell these but they were a good value for us that year.

They do indeed, if you mean the annual pass. I just received a mailer from Busch Gardens with it. They called it the platinum membership for $347.88

I was just looking at my chase 1099 to see what the breakdown is and it shows $500 on my Disney visa. I never use my disney visa, except the ultra rare occasion it gets me early access to a discount. So I logged into my chase account and sure enough I have $501 disney reward dollars. I have no idea where they came from, but $500 disney bucks!? What a lovely surprise to offset the unforeseen tax consequences of the game.

This is the ONLY moment I have been happy about 1099s! Have some fun with those Disney Dollars!!

I'd make sure your name is on the account. And with Ally make sure you have your own login for your name. My parents got tripped up with Ally when my dad tried to transfer money to my mom's account at another bank from their joint ally account. Ally told them they needed to use mom's login to the Ally account to initiate the transfer so that the names on both accounts matched.

Pretty sure the expansion is more than a little shop or lame little ride from all of rumors I read. And the space is HUGE! We’ll be back to IoA in June, if not before, so i’ll Try to scope it out more.
