Just call MS tomorrow. They'll be able to help you log onto the website. If you've ever registered at any Dis site before, that will be your user name, and they will provide you with a one-time password that you will reset.

I think the single log-on with Disney's websites is possibly the best and worst system in the world. It's great in concept, but horrible in execution and user management.

Actually, I never got one either. The MS rep I spoke with said it could take up to 6 weeks. I called way before that, as I'm not that patient.

If you haven't received your member ID cards, I would ask about them as well. I received my cards about 2 month after my initial purchase, but on my second purchase (different UY, different member ID), I never did receive new member cards. I would have assumed since it was a different Member ID, we would have received them, but we didn't.

I did get my temporary password from MS and now can't log on again..grrrr. I have my regular all purpose Disney ID, but when I try to log on, it tells me I'm logged on somewhere else when Im not. Oh well, try again tomorrow
