I have a jaz drive that has a bunch of stuff on it. I was working in Photoshop and it locked up. I restarted my computer and when I went to open a file on my Jaz drive, it asked me to format the disk. It sees the disk as having nothing on it!!!

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how I might fix this? I'm panicking!!!!

Thanks -

Tamie

thanks Dan. I didn't even think of checking with Iomega. I didn't see anything on their search menu that might help me, I did send them an email though.

It looks as though I shouldn't have rebooted my computer with the jaz disk still in the drive - I guess I didn't even realize it was in when I rebooted. :(

looks like i need data recovery help. do i have any other options than paying a gazillion dollars for Iomega to do it, or paying a gazillion dollars for a program?
