I like FP+

We never used more than 3 FP's in a day before anyway. Even our first couple trips when we used to do rope drop and have a touring plan, I don't recall ever having more than 3 FP for a day. I find it hard to believe that many people except the DIS professional park commandos used more than that.

We visit WDW usually for a full 2 weeks, 16 nights this time. We enjoy everything at a leasurely pace. We would never be in a park long enough on a given day to use more than 3 FP's. I can see for the people who only go for a few nights that they might be at a park from open to close, but not us.

I'm guessing WDW has the actual stats. I bet that it was a very low % of people that consistently used more than 3 FP's in a day. Obviously for DIS members the number would be higher, but overall I'm guessing less than 10%.

Loved Love Love fast pass+ i think its a huge step up, and helps regulate the fast passes. so much better than the paper version. glad to see people who like it better.

those that don't need to shake it off and get with the new program lol this way is so much better

We just booked a trip to leave 2 weeks from today so naturally I'm freaking out because I'm sure we have little chance of getting any fast passes at this late date. We will have 6 in our party including a 2 yr old, DIL who is 4 mo pregnant ... I keep telling myself that at least we are there .... But it's not working .. LOL ... I just want everything to be perfect.

We just got back and I have to say I loved the FP+. We are always there by RD. Both days that we went to MK for RD we were able to ride 7DMT with no wait (because we "walked" quickly) and then use our 7DMT FP+ later in the day to ride it again. We were usually getting our 4th FP before noon each day.
One day we started at AK, used all 3 passes, and then headed to HS for the afternoon. We walked to the first kiosk in HS to see what was available for 4 and somehow there were FP's available for 4 for Rock'N Rollercoaster that started 5 minutes after we walked in the park. That FP dictated where we would start the afternoon.

You forgot:
  • changed their RD experience
  • ruined the touring plans they have used for years
  • made all the other ride lines 7,000 times longer
  • kills puppies for sport
  • bathes in the blood of the innocent
  • invented telemarketing and
  • was on the Grassy Knoll in Dallas in 1963.

:lmao: :rotfl:

Yes, FP+ is evil! E-VIL! :scared1:

We also like FP+. It needs a little tweaking, but I think that will come eventually. We have used the old paper FP on past vacations and like the FP+ better. From what I have read (no, I can't find the references right now), feedback on FP+ that Disney has received has been mostly positive.

We were at WDW Oct. 13-22 and we're here now Nov. 30-Dec. 11. Both of these trips were relatively last minutes trips. In Oct, I had 28 days to plan and this trip was planned only 20 days before.

Even with short planning time, I was able to get FP+ for most of the rides we wanted. What I didn't get in FP+, we were able to ride during parades, late at night, or during MNSSHP and MVMCP. We never waited in a line longer than 20 minutes.

We also love MB and I was able to get many ADRs that we wanted, but we are pretty flexible on times and places.
