I always hear how Disney Roller Coasters are so scary. You know what, compared to what I've seen, they are wimpy by comparrison. I mean, look at Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio. America's Roller Coast. The one park is competeing with the entire 6 Flags company, and actually doing a good job. Now, if people thing Space Mountain and Rockin' Rollercoaster are scary, look at these.
The Magnum XL 200. It was the tallest fastest coaster for a long time. It is 205 Feet tall with a 195 foot drop, and goes 75 MPH.
This is the Millennium Force. The tallest fastest rollercoaster in the world for like, a week.
It is 310 feet tall, with a 300 foot drop. It goes 93 MPH, with a near vertical drop.
Now this is the Mean Streak. It is one of the Tallest and Fastes wooden coasters on the planet. It is 161 feet tall, with a 155 foot drop. It goes 65 MPH.
This is Top Thrill Dragster. The baddest of the bad at Cedar Point. It was the tallest, fastest coaster until Six Flags completely ripped it off. It is 420 feet tall, and goes about 120-125 MPH. You go from 0-120 in 4 seconds.
So as you can see, Cedar Point makes Disney look like a cakewalk. So if I ever hear anybody say the Disney Coasters are scary, I'm taking them here. No matter where you go in that park, you hear the scream of their 16 coasters. There is no doubt in my mind, that you can't top Cedar Point and the state of Ohio when it comes to coasters.
So, topic. What is the scariest roller coaster you've ever been on?
