but I went to log into mypoints and got the dreaded your account has been disabled message:( So I emailed mypoints and got the message of how they need me to fax a copy of like a drivers license for security reasons:confused: I asked why my account was disabled which they didn't answer!!!


so what I'd like to know from all you experts is do you have any clues why all of a sudden they disable accounts:confused:

and Im not real thrilled with having to fax anything to them or any other company for that fact I was wondering how you felt about this>

I know there was a post about this every so often I can't seem to find it:confused:

I remember reading those threads. If I remember correctly, it had something to do with there being more than one account per household. Something like mypoints getting suspicious when people within the same household were cashing out around the same time.
 
Happened to my DH - it was because we were doing the mypoints for both of us on one computer. And faxing worked fine and quickly. I doubt they'll ever answer you why they disabled.
