Where do you request to stay and why? I really love the look of the High Rock Spring Pool and think the kids will enjoy this. Which building is closest to this pool? Can I request a Downtown view? The kids are teens so walking isn't a problem. We will not have a car so we are at the mercy of the buses. We plan to go to DQ & PI a few evenings. So where do you perfer to stay & why? Thanks, Gina Oh and I almost forgot. Can we use the exercise room? Is this included with DVC? CAn't wait till my first trip home.

The Springs section is closest to HRS pool (across street).

Congress Park for DTD views & closest to DTD walkway (& is to side of HRS pool as opposed to across from it).

The spa/fitness center are wonderful... yes, you may use them.

Your kids will love the High Rocks Springs pool! I stayed in Congress Park with my 2 DS (11 &13 at the time) last Dec. and the location was ideal for DTD and the pool. It was a short 5-7 min. walk to the main pool but we also had the beautiful Congress Park pool near our bldg., that overlooks the lake and DTD. It also has a jacuzzi. I requested Springs or COngress Park that time and was very happy with our room. It did overlook DTD, but I would have been happy just to be there (seriously).

The new Grandstand section is fairly close to the main pool too I believe and that section has a cool looking pool there too. Have fun on your trip home!!

We have stayed in Congress Park and it was a great location. The walk to the main pool is not that far. The walk to DTD was also not bad at all.

We loved going out in the evening after dark and getting in the quiet pool that faced DTD. It was fabulous and never very busy even in July! The main pool is great also.

The buses ran quite often and we never waited more than 15 minutes for one and we also did not have a car. SSR does not share buses with any other resort. The resort is big, but its so nice. I figure if we can walk parks all day then this resort is a piece of cake (and it was). My boys are also teens so they really loved it. Report on the game room was good
