Okay... first a confession. I have been craving a donut... not just any donut... we are talking the best donut in the world from a local mom and pop donut store (yes, better than Krispy Kremes :eek: ) Anyway, I followed my 10 minute rule and after drinking a bottle of water, I still wanted it (Ladies... you know you can't fight that PMS craving!!!). I stopped by got the donut, took a bite... and YUCK!!!! It was too sweet :eek:!!! Is that possible?!?!?!!? My craving sweets is over? Okay, well maybe I'm still craving them, but I can't eat them... that's HUGE for me!!!!

I have had sooo many similar experiences with sweets and carbs... its hard to explain but you have given a good description of it!!!

That is great, right? LOL!! I have done that before as well...It seems that sugar is only a craving during TOM, but once I have it, I feel so sick!!

Good for you for not eating it though!! That is excellent! :)
