I REALLY, REALLY need a good hair conditioner, detangler, maybe a 'leave in' one. My hair is fine and not real thick, tends to be stringy after a few hours, so a brush is a must at lunchtime. I need to ponytail it (the little that I can gather into one, that is) so when I wake up in the morning, it is not one huge knot in the back. It also gets knotted in the back during the day, so another reason for the brush at lunchtime. I am also trying to let it grow some so I can get it cut in a decent style. It is about shoulder length now, and had been cut in long layers, so it is not all one length.
Any help would be appreciated, since I am ready to shave it all off

Redkin & Nexxis are my favorites, I buy the huge bottle that lasts 4-6 months and watch for sales at Penney's. Cheaper brands I like are Salon Selectives & Herbal Essence. The new Suave Humectant & Garnier Fructis I tried thru free samples and would buy again too. I also like to buy a deep conditioner to use once or twice a week, Pantene has a good one.

I have long fine hair and use a conditioner daily or I wouldn't be able to comb thru it.

OMG, my daycar provider just recomended a leave-in conditioner thay both i and my dd use and love it. it's Bed Head Ego Boost. it's a split end mender and leave-in conditioner. I have straight fine hair that always fuzzes up on the top by mid-day. my dd has the issue of a big fuzz-knot in the back of her head in the morning. It has really helped with both. It's a little pricy but you use very little at a time. It has made a HUGE difference in my hair.
hth!

I have heard many good things about Bed Hed. I use Paul Mitchell myself, very good, and they sell it at Linens N things- get home decor while you get your conditioners!

Three minute miracle by Aussie is great for once a week deep conditioning. It really helps and stays with you for the week. Have you also tried Pantene's full volume shampoo and conditioner?

I have fine hair that, right now, falls just below my shoulders and have worn it as long as the middle of my back. I love Suave Professionals humectant conditioner. My hair doesn't get stringy looking and always looks fuller than it did before I started using conditioner.

And it's cheap!

Soy Tri Wheat leave in conditioner by Healthy Sexy hair. comes in a spray bottle. Only need a little. It is great stuff. You can even use it on your skin. smells great too. doesn't feel greasy either.

Infusium leave in conditioner works really well for me.

I totally agree about the "Infusium"....anything in their conditioner line. My EXPENSIVE (like, $60 per haircut :scared1: ) stylist, who I only go to a few times a year because of the price.....whispered it to me to try and BOY are their conditioners AWESOME!. I believe the one I use when I really need the conditioning is 3 minute miracle...I think...

Good Luck!
