I work in a place where if I don't claim vacation days way ahead of time, I might not get to vacation when I want to. :( So....

I was planning ahead for HHN. :D

Any opinions on when it's better to go? I can go either Oct 13 - 18 ~or~ Oct 27 - Nov 1. Are there any advantages/disadvantages of doing HHN in the middle of the month as opposed to the end of the month (or vice versa)?

TIA!

Jodie

I would go the 13th to the 18th -
Halloween falls on a Sunday this year, so that day, plus the days leading up to it (IN MY OPINION) will be crazy busy.
At least on the 13th to the 18th, you can hit a few weeknights & is shouldn't be so super crowded.

Again, my disclaimer: this is my opinion, your results may vary!

Hope that helps !

Go on the 13th or 14th. That way you can talk about your fun times on the message boards. Otherwise, you'll be dying to go seeing all the posts about the event.

Actually, Halloween night was surprisingly light this year(especially given that it was a Friday). There was a lot of competition from public and private parties. With Halloween on Sunday this year, many of those parties will be moved to Friday or Saturday, and the 31st will be the final day of HHN, so it could be a little more crowded (but it is still a Sunday).

If you do go on the 31st, make sure to go to the last Bill & Ted show. Let's just say it tends to get a little more "off book", and some of the effects get a little "enhanced"
