I think the DDP will be $38.99 in 2007 (someone correct me if I am wrong) but the good news is you would only need it for the 9 nights, not 10. So it would be around $702.

But, if you got your room at a discount, there is a chance you would not be eligible for the DDP. You should be able to call and ask if you can.

Thanks! I'll try to get a chance to call tomorrow after school and I'll post what they say. Do I just call CRO? (Actually, our wedding reservation is booked through Group Reservations, so I guess I would have to call them.)

I called Group Reservations today since that's what we booked our wedding discount through. They said that in order to get the DDP you must have a MYW package booked, not even just tickets, but a whole package with hotel and tickets together. DOH!! After all that figuring I was sold on it and now it's not an option. Oh well, we're saving so much on our room already I guess I can't be greedy

Sorry, I thought that you knew that you had to pay rack prices for the room and get the tickets through that.

Get the dining card and you will have a blast either.

I did, but others had suggested calling just to be sure since it wasn't a typical discount like AAA or AP.

I think we will probably get the DDE card even though we can't use it at CS places. I figured we would probably spend about $50-$60 each time we went to a TS restaurant, so by saving 20% each time we would make our money back after 6 dinners. However, I'm sure some will be more than $50 (such as CRT.) So it seems like a good idea! Who doesn't want to save money!!

I like the DDE card and I think you will enjoy it. Now the CS with the DDE card are not offered at any resort with sit-down option. That would include all value resorts and Animal Kingdom! Yes, you can use it for CS there. Some have also reported being able to use it at Dixie Landings (POR) and definatly being able to use it at POFQ (because they do not have a sit-down restaurant). Enjoy!

As far as I understand it that is correct. If the place has a TS then you can't use it at a CS. But if they do not have a TS then you can use it at a CS. I hope I did not confuse you because I almost confused myself.
