We were unable to get VWL for our dates we wanted. We got 12/20-12/21 at VWL and were waitlisted for 12/21/-12/24. If we don't get the waitlist, we have the last 3 nights at OKW. Any opinions on OKW? Whats it like? MS said the waitlist will probably come through when it gets closer. Hope for the best.

OKW is wonderful. If you're in a one bedroom or larger, the space is great. Will you have a car? I think that is one thing I would always want to do at OKW...VWL too for that matter.

Don't worry about it. Chances are the wait list will come through and, if it doesn't, you'll get to experience OKW. You may find, like many people do, that you really love OKW.

OKW is also a great spot for the last leg of a trip as it's so relaxing. We were at the Lodge this summer and I didn't want to leave but it was booked up solid and they booted me -- to OKW. I should have remembered that OKW never disappoints. It's so pretty there and so spread out and so relaxed. Really nice in its own way, after the "hustle, bustle" of the Lodge.

So cheer up. Waitlist or not, you'll have a GREAT trip!
