I just want to meet Stitch :(

I saw somewhere that the Stitch M&G is going away… I currently have an ADR for 'Ohana on May 23 at 7:35 AM. That's our MK day. I'm just debating on whether I should spend almost 40 dollars a person on a meal where I may not eat a lot because I will be so excited to get to MK (I haven't been to DW in over ten years) and my fiancée won't eat much at all. But… Stitch. He is my favorite character and if 'Ohana is the only place to meet him, should I just splurge and go for it? I have pros and cons for both choices, but is 'Ohana worth it for a Stitch fan like me?

Where did you read that Stitch is leaving?

He replaced Marie in MK a little over a week ago. Stitch is no longer in Move It, Shake It and that is why he's meeting in MK near the flagpole.

I'm not sure who posted it, but I read it on this board just a day or two ago and I assumed it was true because several people were talking about it? Whoever posted it said Stitch was leaving MK and would only be available for M&G at 'Ohana and one of the water parks (Typhoon Lagoon?) if this isn't true, please let me know I will be so happy!

I loved 'Ohana and we had a great M&G with Stitch there. Personally, I'd do the meal as that's usually a guaranteed way to meet him. Many times I've missed characters in the park due to inclement weather or arriving just as their handler is closing off the line.

Stitch used to meet in Tomorrowland, but left MK a few months ago. A couple weeks ago Stitch replaced Marie by the flagpole in MK. So Stitch left, but is now back in a new location. It sounds like you might have caught info from the gap between meeting places.

He's back, but I'd keep the Ohana breakfast. It's so much fun and the best character breakfast!
