I just walked 3 miles..

on a 52 degree morning, at 7:00 A.M., in New England. The humidity has decresed dramatically form the past few days. It was so nice to get out and walk.

I've been able to turn off the A/C units for a while and open the windows. It's B-E-A-utiful outside this morning.

It's already 77 here, and supposed to be 101 later.

Its about 90 here already and forecast is for 103...and of course no rain.

What really sux? Just read that a 2 mile walk burns HALF the calories of a regular sized candy bar. So I got about another 10 miles to go

I really need to move. I went to Walgreens this morning at 9 am and almost passed out going from the store to the car. Enjoy your cool weather.
